    Our anger manifests itself in many ways, but that's not what most of us struggle with. The struggle is we suppress our anger until it's internalized, eventually hurting ourselves and potentially relationships.


    Through my journey in therapy, I've been learning more and more about my own anger, what it looks like, and how to give it room to breathe instead of allowing it to hurt me. We're human. We're allowed to be angry and have that anger validated. However, how we allow it to manifest itself is up to us and usually shares a message.

    This piece is a representation of my own anger and is a reminder that our anger is valid and the validity of our anger is often in the message.
