What's the sizing like?
All items are unisex unless specified otherwise. Measurements can be found on our sizing page.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship worldwide

How much is shipping?
All shipping rates are based off of weight and size of packaging. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours from when the order is received.
Preordered items typically ship within 10-14 business days from the end of the preorder.
Depending on your location you should receive your order within 5-9 business days within the US. International orders may take longer. Tracking numbers will be included in your shipping email.
In stock items ordered during a preorder may be delayed 7-10 business days due to high volume. If the in stock item is ordered with preordered items, your in stock item will be held to be shipped with your preordered items.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please include your name and order number so we can fix it quickly.
Please check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If it's not, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package is returned due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, we will be more than happy to resend it. However, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for reshipment.
*Please note: You will have 24 hours from the end of the preorder to request a size change, so please verify your order confirmation contains the correct size. We only produce the sizes that are preordered and typically do not keep any extra inventory.
How do I find out what's going on with my order?
We will email you with updates on your order when there are any. We also have an updates page that we will add general information when necessary. If you have any other questions or concerns about your order, please email us at email@example.com. In your email, please include your name and order number.
Do you offer a restoration service?
We currently do not offer restoration services.
How often can I wear my customs?
All customs are meant for casual wear. However, even though we take as many precautions to protect the paint, it can scuff with normal wear and tear.
Can my custom get wet?
Yes. Customs are made with with acrylic paint which that won't wash off.
What if I scuff my custom?
Since a custom is artwork on a shoe with flexible/wearable materials, we're aware that the paint can chip or scuff occasionally. In this event, please email us and we'll do the best to help in any way we can.
Do you customize worn shoes?
We'd respectfully request that your shoes be in DS or VNDS condition. No one wants to paint a beat shoe. If a shoe is sent and is determined to be worn past DS or VNDS condition, they will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Why are some customs so expensive?
I always ask people to incorporate how much they make hourly at their place of employment. Although artists are passionate about what they do, they still need to charge what their time is worth. When purchasing a custom, you are paying for an artist's skill set, experience, materials, complexity of artwork, and labor. Most importantly, you are getting a unique experience and unique product. If none of these things have value to you, you should probably request a custom from someone else.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on apparel or customs. All sales are final.
