Shipping For Purchases

Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will be shipped the next business day unless noted otherwise.  Tracking information will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of your order being shipped.  Any orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm will not be shipped until the following business day (Monday or Tuesday if there is a holiday).

Shipping costs vary based on location and order weight.

We do ship worldwide.  International shipping rates can be more expensive and is beyond our control.

When selecting a shipping preference, there is an option to select a signature confirmation at checkout (fees apply).  By declining a signature confirmation on an order, you (the buyer) are waiving your right to file an INR (Item Not Received) claim and would not be eligible for a refund.

All orders will be packed securely and double boxed to avoid any damage to your items or their box (if applicable).

Return To Sender (RTS) 
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, address not recognized, and/or unable to forward after delivery has been attempted, you will be refunded the purchase price of your item and notified via email. Shipping costs are not refunded if a package is returned in RTS status and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
